Items removed from the Vault within the first 90 days of curation will incur a 3% fulfillment fee based on the insured value. After 90 days, the fee drops to 1%.

Follow these steps to create a fulfillment request:

1.  Log into your **Member Dashboard**
2.  Click on your initials on the top right corner of the screen
3.  Select **My Collection (Vault)** from the drop-down menu
4.  Check the box(s) next to the card(s) you wish to ship
5.  Click on the **Actions** button
6.  Select **Retrieve**
7.  Complete the form
8.  Pay the invoice

## Items sent to The Vault by mistake

If you meant to ship your items to your home but selected the Vault instead, no problem. Just follow the previously mentioned steps above to submit a fulfillment request for the items now in your Vault.

## Ship auction wins together

If you wish to have items won in different auctions shipped together you must first send these items to your Vault. After all the items are curated into your Vault you can create a fulfillment request to have the items sent out all at once. However, if the shipping invoice for these requests has already been paid, you won't be able to ship these items together.
