When it comes to making payments, you’ve got options!

## **Accepted payment methods**

*   **Credit card** – Up to $1,000,000; 2.9% surcharge applies
*   **Apple Pay** – Up to $10,000; 2.9% surcharge applies
*   **Google Pay** – Up to $2,000; 2.9% surcharge applies
*   **ACH transfer** – Up to $1,000,000; must be completed by the invoice due date
*   **Wire transfer** – Minimum $1,000; required for purchases above $1,000,000
*   **Account funds** – Use available funds in your account balance
*   **FanCash** – Use available FanCash in your account balance
*   **Rewards** - Use available Rewards in your account balance (shipping and taxes excluded)

**Note:** ACH and wire transfers are accepted only for items sold directly by Fanatics Collect, not for items sold by drop shippers on our platform.

If FanCash or account funds don’t cover your full purchase, or if Rewards are used (since they cannot be applied to taxes or shipping), the remaining balance must be paid with another payment method, and surcharges will apply.

Checks aren't accepted as a form of payment, and sales tax will be applied if your delivery address is in a state where it is required.

## Payment deadlines

*   **Weekly Auction** - You'll get an invoice when the auction ends. Payment is due within 5 days of receiving the invoice
*   **Monthly Premier Auction -** You’ll get an invoice when the auction ends. Payment is due within 10 days of receiving your invoice
*   **Buy Now -** Payment is due at checkout
*   **Offers on Buy Now items -** If your offer is accepted, payment is due within 5 days of receiving your invoice

## ACH payment terms and conditions

By saving an ACH payment method, you authorize Fanatics Collect to securely store your bank account information for future ACH transactions. You may remove your stored ACH payment method at any time by accessing your account settings or [contacting our support team](https://support.fanaticscollect.com/contact/contact-us-HkNUU7Gbl).  
  
By selecting ACH at checkout, you authorize Fanatics Collect to initiate a one-time ACH debit from your bank account for the amount specified. Once the transaction is submitted to the ACH network, it cannot be revoked, except in the case of an unauthorized transaction, which must be reported to your financial institution.  
  
ACH payments may take up to seven business days to be received and processed. During this time, your invoice status will be marked as "Pending” until the funds have cleared and been credited to our account.
