Instead of searching for a physical box in stores or paying a markup on the secondary market, you can purchase a pack directly on Fanatics Collect, open it digitally, and have the cards deposited straight into your Fanatics Collect Vault. Each pack contains several real, physical Topps cards. You'll see Instant Packs branded as "Topps Instant Packs." For example: 2025-2026 Topps Chrome Black Basketball Instant Packs. How are Instant Packs different from regular Instant Rips? * **Number of cards per pack:** A standard Instant Rips pack contains a single card, while an Instant Packs pack contains several. The exact count depends on the release. * **Card type:** Instant Packs cards are authentic, ungraded raw Topps cards straight from the release. Standard Instant Rips packs contain authenticated and/or graded cards. * **Instant Credit:** Instant Packs cards do not qualify for Instant Credit offers. You keep whatever you pull. * **Purchase limits:** There's a daily limit on how many packs you can buy per release, depending on that release's specific guidelines. * **Release timing:** Instant Packs go live at a set date and time that matches the official Topps street date. Where can I find Instant Packs? * You can find them on the Topps tab in the Fanatics Collect app and website. Each release goes live at its scheduled date and time. ## **How It Works** How do I buy and rip an Instant Packs pack? * Open the product page for the release, review the details (cards per pack, price, release time, and odds), and buy your pack or packs up to the per-release limit. Each pack is purchased and ripped one at a time. After you buy, you go straight into the rip experience, and once you're done your cards are delivered instantly to your Fanatics Vault. You will have to rip at time of purchase. What's included in a pack? * Each pack contains multiple raw (ungraded) cards from the Topps release. The exact number of cards varies by release and is listed on the product page before you buy. What is a checklist, and can I see the odds before I buy? * A checklist is the full set of cards that can come out of a given release, along with the odds of pulling them. Instant Packs shows both the release checklist and odds on the product page before you buy. Are the cards graded or authenticated? * Instant Packs cards are raw (ungraded), just like opening a physical pack of the new Topps release.  What happens to my cards after I rip? * They're delivered instantly to your Fanatics Collect Vault and available from your Collection tab. From there you can hold them, ship them to yourself, or sell/list them through the standard Fanatics Collect experience. ## **Purchase Limits** Is there a limit on how many packs I can buy? * Yes. To give as many collectors as possible a fair chance at each release, Instant Packs limits the number of packs you can buy per release each day (for example, 6 packs per day for the first release). A day runs from midnight to midnight in your local time, and this limit applies separately to each individual release. Why is there a limit? * Topps releases tend to sell out fast, and limits keep any one person from buying up the supply so more collectors can take part. It's a fairness measure, not a restriction on your account. I hit my limit, or the Buy now button is disabled. When can I buy again? * Buying is paused until your next day begins (midnight local time), as long as packs are still available. The product page will tell you when you can purchase again. The release was sold out. Will there be more? * Instant Packs inventory for a release is limited and can sell out quickly. We can't guarantee a restock for a given release. What are the 2025-2026 Topps Chrome Black Basketball Instant Packs?  * 2025-2026 Topps Chrome Black Basketball Instant Packs is the newest instant pack release! This will be released on August 27th, 2026 at 4 PM EST.  ## **Instant Credit** Can I sell my Instant Packs cards back to Fanatics for Instant Credit? * No. Unlike standard Instant Rips, Instant Packs cards do not qualify for Instant Credit offers. The cards are yours to keep, hold in your Vault, ship, or sell and list through Fanatics Collect. Can I use Instant Credit to pay for Instant Packs packs? * Yes. Even though Instant Packs cards don't earn Instant Credit, you can still use your existing Instant Credit, account funds, rewards, and FanCash toward buying packs. ## **Checkout and Fulfillment** What payment methods can I use? * Debit and credit cards, Apple Pay on iOS, and any funds in your Fanatics wallet, including Fan Cash and rewards. Can I cancel or get a refund after I buy a pack? * Because each pack rips instantly and the cards go straight to your Vault, Instant Packs purchases are final.  How do I get my cards shipped to me? * Your cards are delivered digitally to your Fanatics Vault. Whenever you're ready, you can request to have them shipped to you from your Collection. * Shipping fees still apply. See our [Shipping Fees page](https://support.fanaticscollect.com/en_us/shipping-fulfillment-overview-By46QAQ6gx) for rates. * Fulfillment fees (normally 1%, or 3% if the asset is removed from the Vault within 90 days of being archived) are currently waived for all cards pulled from Instant Packs. * When you request shipping, you'll be prompted to assign an Owner Value to the card for insurance purposes. You'll need to provide this, since we ship all items fully insured. What is the Fanatics Vault, and does it cost anything to store my cards there? * The Fanatics Vault is secure storage for all the cards you own on Fanatics Collect. You can view your cards anytime from your Collection tab, and you can keep them vaulted for as long as you like, ship them to yourself, or sell them. Vaulting fees apply. Since your cards are delivered straight to your Vault, you won't pay sales tax on your Instant Packs purchase. My connection dropped or my app crashed during a rip. Did I still get my cards? * Yes. If your connection fails at any point during the rip, your cards are automatically assigned to your Fanatics Vault. They'll be waiting in your Collection when you reopen the app. If you still don't see them, please contact [Support.](https://support.fanaticscollect.com/en_us/contact-support-HJO070magl) ## **Special Situations** I pulled an autograph in the rip, but a Redemption Card (a blue card with text) showed up in my Vault instead. What happened? * When a player's autograph card isn't ready in time for the Topps release, Topps replaces it with a redemption card. The digital rip shows what the finished card will look like, but what actually arrives in your Vault is the matching redemption card. You can redeem this later with Topps for the real autograph card. This is standard practice for Topps products, not an error. * Here's how to redeem it:  * Contact the Collect Customer [Support](https://support.fanaticscollect.com/en_us/contact-support-HJO070magl). * They'll walk you through shipping the card to your home and how to then redeem it on Topps website. * Once redeemed, the card is placed in your Collection. **Please note that the redemption process can take 15 or more weeks to complete.** Can I sell my redemption card from my Vault now that it's available? * Yes! Just log in to your account and list the card for sale. My pack had fewer cards than advertised. * Each pack's card count is checked at the moment you rip, so this shouldn't happen. If it does, let us know right away and we'll make it right. One of my card/s has printing errors including misaligned ink, ink splatter, or major print lines or creases which bends or folds originating directly from the factory packaging process on screen * We are so sorry for this inconvenience. Some releases are limited to US collectors only. If you can't see or buy a release, it may not be available in your region. When does Instant Packs launch, and when is the next release? * Releases go live at a set date and time tied to the Topps street date, shown on the product page. Before a release opens, the page displays when it will become available, and purchases are disabled until then. Is there a minimum age to use Instant Packs? * Like the rest of the Fanatics Collect app, Instant Packs is for collectors ages 18 and up.
